Optimal efficiency
Karine Samson holds a degree in Civil Engineering from the Université Laval in Québec city. She has experience in managing construction projects as a project engineer and project manager for major general contractors. She has worked in remote areas of Canada such as in Nunavik (Canadian Arctic) and Fort Mc Murray, Alberta.
Her field experience includes permanent modular construction (i.e. power plant for the nickel mine, Xstrata (Glencore)). Prior to launch Optimal Efficiency, Karine has been involved with Bird Construction in a $350 million contract consisting in the design-build of thirteen facilities for Suncor Energy Inc. in Fort Hills, Alberta.
This diversified experience gave her a unique perspective on the challenges experienced in the construction, mining and oil & gas industries. This was the inspiration for the development of Optimal Efficiency and its fully-integrated technology solution.
